Ingredients

For the Salmon:

1 lb salmon

1 tablespoon avocado oil

1/2 cup 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce

2 scallions, thinly sliced


For the Bowls:

3 cups cooked white rice

2 cups green leaf lettuce, chopped

1 avocado, diced

4 oz cream cheese, diced into small cubes

1 tablespoon sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. Warm the cooked rice in a skillet or saucepan over low heat until heated through.

  2. Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the salmon pieces and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Pour in the 3 Dragons Sweet Ginger Teriyaki Sauce and continue cooking until the salmon is fully cooked and coated in the sauce, about 2–3 minutes.

  4. Remove from heat and stir in the sliced scallions.

  5. Allow the rice and salmon to cool slightly while preparing the bowls.

  6. Divide the green leaf lettuce among four bowls. Top with warm rice, teriyaki salmon, diced avocado, cream cheese cubes, and sesame seeds.

  7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
