Ingredients
Chicken
Chicken breast (sliced in half)
Kinders all-purpose seasoning
Tomato (for freshness)
Green onions (finely chopped to garnish)
Broccoli Spinach Potato Purée
1 cup of broccoli florets
1 cup of spinach
2 russet potatoes
3 tbsp of olive oil butter
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Chicken Preparation
Marinate the chicken with Kinder's all-purpose seasoning and let it sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
In a medium heat pan, add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the marinated chicken until it turns golden on both sides.
Transfer the cooked chicken to a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C). Bake the chicken for about 15-20 minutes until it’s fully cooked and tender.

Broccoli Spinach Potato Purée
In a pot, combine 1 cup of broccoli florets, 1 cup of spinach, and 2 russet potatoes (peeled and chopped). Boil them together until they become soft.
Once the ingredients are soft, drain most of the water, leaving about ½ cup behind. Transfer the boiled ingredients to a blender.
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil butter, salt, and pepper to taste. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
Serve & Garnish
Spoon some of the Broccoli Spinach Potato Purée onto a plate.
Slice the baked chicken and place it on top of the purée.
Add some fresh tomato slices for a burst of color and flavor, and sprinkle chopped green onions on top for a nice finishing touch.
