Pairing yogurt with fresh fruit adds natural sweetness, a burst of vitamins and minerals, and a satisfying crunch. Whether you prefer berries, bananas, or tropical fruits, the options are endless, allowing you to switch up your breakfast routine to keep things interesting.

Ingredients

  • Chobani coconut yogurt

  • Papaya, sliced

  • Chia seeds

  • Blackberries

  • Strawberries, sliced

  • Purely Elizabeth granola

  • Strawberry sauce

  • Agave

Chobani coconut yogurt

This creamy and delicious yogurt is made with real coconut and provides a rich source of calcium and probiotics for gut health.

Papaya, sliced

Papaya is not only sweet and flavorful but also loaded with antioxidants, fiber, and enzymes that aid digestion.

Chia seeds

These tiny seeds pack a powerful nutritional punch, offering a good source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and various vitamins and minerals.

Blackberries

Bursting with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, blackberries are a delicious addition to any breakfast bowl.

Strawberries, sliced

Strawberries are not only sweet and juicy but also packed with vitamin C, manganese, and antioxidants.

Purely Elizabeth granola

Made with nutritious ingredients like ancient grains, nuts, and seeds, Purely Elizabeth granola adds a satisfying crunch and a dose of fiber and protein to your breakfast bowl.

Strawberry jam

For a touch of sweetness and extra flavor, a dollop of strawberry jam is the perfect finishing touch to your breakfast creation.

Breakfast Bowl Instructions

  1. Start with a generous scoop of Chobani coconut yogurt in a bowl.

  2. Arrange sliced papaya, blackberries, strawberries, and granola around the yogurt.

  3. Drizzle agave and sprinkle chia seeds over your papaya.

  4. Finish with a dollop of strawberry jam on your yogurt for added sweetness.

  5. Grab a spoon and enjoy your nutrient-packed breakfast!

Strawberry Sauce Instructions

Ingredients
  • 2 cups of strawberries

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste depending on the sweetness of your strawberries)

Instructions
  1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly under cold water and remove the stems. Slice them into small pieces.

  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sliced strawberries, water, and sugar. Stir well to combine.

  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Once the mixture starts simmering, reduce the heat to low to maintain a gentle simmer.

  4. Let the strawberries simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until they have softened and the sauce has thickened to your desired consistency. Stir occasionally to prevent the sauce from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

  5. Taste the sauce and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more sugar, a little at a time, until it reaches your desired level of sweetness. Keep in mind that the sweetness may vary depending on the ripeness of your strawberries.

  6. Once the sauce has reached your desired consistency and sweetness, remove the saucepan from the heat and let the strawberry sauce cool slightly.

  7. Serve the strawberry sauce warm or at room temperature over pancakes, waffles, ice cream, yogurt, or any other dessert of your choice. Alternatively, let the sauce cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container or jar for storage in the refrigerator. It will keep for about a week.

NOTES:
  • This strawberry sauce can be customized to suit your preferences. You can add other flavorings such as vanilla extract or a dash of cinnamon for additional depth of flavor.

  • If you prefer a smoother sauce, you can puree the cooked strawberries using a blender or food processor before serving.

  • Adjust the thickness of the sauce by simmering it for a shorter or longer period of time, depending on your preference.
