We’re excited to introduce our new homemade no-sugar granola—a perfect, nutritious way to make any snack or breakfast a little more exciting and nourishing. Made with whole oats, seeds, and a natural hint of sweetness from bananas, this granola is a delicious addition to fruit bowls, oatmeal, or yogurt. Our recipe was crafted by Valeria Yañez, a registered dietitian, who’s dedicated to creating meals that are both wholesome and tasty, especially for families.

Granola Recipe

Makes about 8 servings of 1/4 cup each


Ingredients

1 cup whole oats

1 banana, mashed

1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

1/2 cup Taza cranberries

2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

2 teaspoons chia seeds

1/4 cup almonds (add later in cooking)

1 tablespoon hemp seeds

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

2 teaspoons avocado oil


Directions
  1. Prep: Set your air fryer to 300°F.

  2. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a bowl, mash the banana and add the vanilla extract.

  3. Mix Ingredients: Stir in oats, coconut, cranberries, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and avocado oil.

  4. Air Fry: Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway. Add almonds and any additional seeds about 5 minutes before cooking is done to avoid over-toasting.
