Chipotle Inspired Burrito

Ingredients

Burrito tortilla

Chicken

White rice

Black beans

Avocado

Lettuce


Directions
  1. Heat your burrito tortilla in a pan for 10-15 seconds on each side until soft and flexible.

  2. Layer the Base: Add a scoop of white rice in the center of the tortilla, spreading it evenly.

  3. Top the rice with juicy, cooked chicken pieces.

  4. Add black beans, diced avocado, and crisp shredded lettuce.

  5. Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up, tucking in the fillings as you go.

  6. Toast (Optional): For an extra crispy burrito, toast it in the pan for 1-2 minutes on each side.

  7. Enjoy: Slice in half if you’d like, and dig in!
